Position Title: DIRECTOR, DEPORTES MARKETING
Location: NEW YORK, NY
Responsibilities: The incumbent will strategically lead brand strategies and marketing communications for all Network's Shows. Leverage consumer insights and assist in defining the positioning of
Show brands to drive ratings growth. Manage strategic marketing activities per show and work with in-house topical promotion and external agencies towards achieving show and network branding goals. Challenge internal and external teams to innovate and find fresh ways to reach and speak to the core audience to drive ratings growth each quarter.
Lead the development of all consumer-facing marketing activity to build the show / network brand
Work closely with the show producers to define, navigate and build their brands Assist in all brand strategy efforts, including defining positioning and mining consumer insights
Lead the development of all on-air and off channel marketing communications, including strategy development, creative briefing, topical promotion and campaign execution
Work closely with Research to evaluate audience insights to make key decisions related to brand promise and consumer advertising
Liase with Network Sales on the construction of promotional opportunities and coordination / execution of on-air sponsorship elements
Execute high quality elements across all platforms (on air graphics, spots, print, digital, mobile and radio executions) to shape the look for the network and shows in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Collaborate with in-house promotion and production team in the development of show packaging, opens and specialty shoots while maintaining a high level of creativity and production value within the boundaries of budget restrictions and deadlines
Lead internal team and agencies to conceptualize and generate creative briefs for various projects based on business needs
Qualifications: The incumbent should be an excellent decision maker with ability to make sharp, smart decisions on a daily basis with visionary / breakthrough creative development and execution. A superior team leader with the ability to motivate, manage and coach staff. Should have the ability and understanding to develop and maintain relationships with national sales force, outside clients, agencies and relevant executives. Should demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.

- 2. Experience in entertainment, marketing, promotions, television and digital arenas
- 3. Hispanic sports marketing knowledge (teams, leagues, announcers, competitive set)
- 4. Experience in selling and managing by influence
- 5. Managed a multimillion dollar marketing and revenue-dependent budget
- 6. Experience in production, brand and vendor management
